Pallet Project #1

I turned a wood pallet into a garden wagon! We aren't technically suppose to have gardens where we live..using our little flower beds and whatever..so I decided to do a container garden. It’s my “Salsa Garden”. I planted some tomatoes, pepper, onion, green pepper, and cilantro. I also have some spinach growing. Rather than overflowing our front porch (which is in the sun) with plants..I decided I needed a little wagon so I could put them in the back of our house and just roll them in and out of the sun. I really like the way it turned out! I had fun making it too!  I am debating on if I want to paint it or not..I kidnda’ like the look knowing it was a pallet. So for now I won’t, but maybe someday. I also need to attach a handle eventually.    (Thanks for the help sweetheart!)

Fabulous. Will you be posting more about how you did it? I love the idea, and what a great solution to the "no garden" dilemma!
