I just received my first Award, and I’d just like to thank... all my readers! My children for loving me in spite of the occasional neglect ..extended time it may take me to let them down from the table when they are done eating! ;), and my great husband for being patient with my late nights and letting me continue to do what makes me happy! {..but mostly my readers! ;)} hehe..okay..

****About me --

1. I am a mom of 2 GREAT kids. Really, I am so amazingly blessed to be a mom and lucky that I get to stay home with them! I thank my Heavenly Father every day! They are smart, brilliant, funny, fun, loving, kind..with a little bit of feisty! I couldn’t ask for better. I love them!

2. I love to craft and create. (no surprise..since I have a craft blog!) It started when I was young, but really took off when a friend and I started going to the scrapbook store to “crop” every Friday night.. that was a few years ago, just after my son was born. It was my “outlet” after being home with a baby all week.. when that slowly diminished, my craftiness turned into a lot more broad range of crafts, and has slowly been becoming more and more, as I have most recently started into building furniture with the saw! I LOVE it!

3. I am a cosmetologist by profession. I have had my license for a little over 10 years now and really enjoy doing it on the side, from home.

4. I love to teach! I’m not a teacher by any school degree, but I enjoy it none-the-less

5. I love being outdoors. God has given us an amazing world and I enjoy being in nature and feeling it’s beauty! I enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities from sports, to camping, or just taking a Sunday stroll. Okay, I don’t love the snow as much, but it has it’s beauty too!~from inside the house! ;)nah, it’s okay!

6. I am the oldest child in my family of 5 kids. I have 3 sisters. The 4 of us are all about 2 years apart, between the ages of 22-28 now, and then we have a 10 year old brother. My family adopted him at birth and I couldn’t imagine life without him! He is an awesome kid! And can beat me almost anytime at board games!

7. I love board games! and card games too for that matter! BIG into games! Settler’s of Catan, Ticket to Ride are probably my favorites..it’s all about the strategy

8. I also enjoy numbers -math. LOVE it really.. It was my favorite subject in school growing up. I hope to one day be able to get a degree in accounting, or something of that sort. Maybe I’ll even run my husband’s Chiropractic office. We’ll see if that happens, it’s a ways away still. If not a degree in math, then maybe in photography..or interior design..or dental hygienist, or …eternal student would suite me fine! I love to learn!
