  I already had these muffin tins. Tongs and pompoms are from..where else but Dollar Tree! They had to use the tongs to pick up the pompoms and put them in the correct row to categorize. This works on motor skills as well as color sorting!      After a little bit, we decided the tong look like alligators, so we(..well I!) hot glued some eyes onto them, and they went around chomping everyone!:)

I used the quick meat balls recipe already posted under Tasty Tuesdays. So easy! We froze the rest and used them in spaghetti. Yum! 1 C packed brown sugar 1 Tbs cornstarch 1 Can pineapple, chunky 1 cup white vinegar 1 Tbs soy sauce 1 Green pepper, chopped While your meatballs are cooking… in medium sauce pan mix brown sugar, and cornstarch. We've had family in town for the past couple weeks, so my own blogging craft world had to slow down for a bit, but I'm back! Our preschool is up and going well! We're getting ready to start week 3! I made this weather chart a couple weeks ago. I used Pelon for the fabric, then I just used colored, fine tip sharpies to draw with. A button in the middle holds the arrow on so they can rotate! A few friends and I started an At Home Preschool this week. Here is how we have it organized! Each Month we are working on a Color and a Shape. We just incorporate those into the lessons each week. Little Minions Remember warm fuzzies? Well, we added an extra eye and called them little Minions! hehe..my son loved it! Pom Poms, googley eyes, and felt feet. Dough Recipe 5 C. Bread Flour 1/4 C. Sugar 1 tsp. Salt 2 Tbsp. Active Dry Instant Yeast 2 tsp. Soy Liquid Lecithin 2 C. warm Water Mix dry ingredients. Add Lecithin by making 2 divots in dry ingredients and filling up to 2 tsp. worth. Add 1 1/2 C. of warm water and start mixing..gradually add the other 1/2 C. water. Knead for 7 minutes. Divide dough into 2 balls. (No need to prep yeast!)

Tip: Our nursery at church gets Animal crackers from Sam’s Club and they come in these big bins. We had an extra one that they were done using, so I brought it home and cleaned it out and now use it to store our cookie cutters! It’s perfect, and will hold many more! I’m not sure where I saw this idea.. but I just got a couple spray bottles from the Dollar Tree and put some water and food coloring in them. He had a blast painting the snow!

My sister gave me this wreath for Christmas with some Christmas decorations on it. Said I can switch it up for each month. I just LOVE the.. oval(ness) of it! Different and cool! My dad actually made the bow and arrows. Mom and I saw them at a craft fair and told him what to do.. then I made the quiver last night.. my son has been BEGGING me ALL DAY to play with it, but it’s just too cold outside. :( but we took some pics anyway! Here’s a tip! To save room in your storage, you can wrap some rope around the tree as you pack it together. We have very little storage room and when we got this tree, it was in a big bag that took up lots of space.
